Define LTAP: (Leave to avoid punishment) Leaving the server to get out of punishment after recently breaking the rules.
Define RDM: (Random Deathmatch) Killing a random person without reasoning.
Define FailRP: Failing to follow the roleplay rules of your person or someone doing something that their character wouldn't do.
Why should you be chosen for staff?: Personally, I should be chosen for staff because i have had experience in the past as a moderator and an admin for a couple of TTT server and as a moderator a while ago for DarkRP. Around a 1/3 of my hours on GMod have been spent playing DarkRP so i know all the rules and how to handle situations. I have played many multiple servers on GMod including, DarkRP, StarwarsRP, TTT, etc. I can contribute to the server in many ways like resolving issues or a conflict, teaching new players how to play and being unbiased towards conflicts. If I were in a sit, i would listen to both sides of the story and not give special treatment to certain people. [b]I am active on the server and am always able to be contacted on Steam or Discord whenever. [/b]
Describe 2 situations where a player breaks the rules and make sure to include details:
[SITUATION 1] - Little Jimmy connects to the server, a young boy who loves violence, Little Jimmy joins the server, never played any RP games before, his mom had just bought him Garry's Mod, he has no idea how the game works but wants to learn. He picks the most popular game mode and picks NSN, he goes to the gun shop to buy a gun, leaves and immediately starts destroying everyone and everything in sight. A member from the staff would bring the kid to a sit and talk to him and ask him why hes doing this, he replies with i don't know i haven't played this before, the staff member tells him well you can't kill people randomly, read up on the rules and then play and gives him a warning. Little Jimmy gets brought back to where he was. 5 minutes later, Little Jimmy strolls down to the gun market and picks up another gun, he leaves the store and immediately starts destroying everyone in sight again, that staff member would immediately hit him with the 3 day ban hammer most likely.
[SITUATION 2] - Big Bob joins the server, he starts running around the map annoying everyone, trolling and and just has no intent to actually roleplay here, there are multiple complaints and an admin takes up the situation. He brings Big Bob and explains he's not doing anything wrong and he's just trying to have some fun, the admin gives him a warning for breaking character, minging and disrespecting. Big Bob continues to run around and isn't doing anything but messing with other players such as prop blocking in others homes or just disrespecting everyone, the admin would then, Kick him for NITRP, Propblocking, Disrespect. If Big Bob would dare come back and cause more problems, the admin would hit him with the ban hammer.
